CONCLUSION

All generations and crossover and traveling distance and meeting new challenges covered. Dr. Stephen Scott addressed the us.

Benchmarking has been praised..

Employee assessments do not meet the advisor assessments. Hard choices are made ver equipment and new faculty appointments. per-student funding has been declining. New resources are interesting, and we’re seeking out new sources at all time. We need grants with sustainability in the mix. Some employees are partially or wholly funded by grants. When the grants run out, what is the model for sustainability?

When you discuss special funding at different schools, how were these things funded sustained? We want more funding sustainable.

[Is faculty ranks funded? For now, yes.]

initiative 1: Completion by design. We have a graduation rate which could be increased. We want this to beat averages. COmpletins are becoming a measure of success. Our step up to a degree program will help achieve the completions. 30hrs transferred to a 4-year school has become a positive mark.

initiative 2: EPIC. Epic standards will be the standard for seated and online classes. All lessons from online offerings should be brought to bear to seated classes.

initiative 3: benchmarking. Has improved, but must evolve. Intent is to find someting we want improved and find the best at it- talk to them and then apply those differences within our budgets. Some projects require additional funding to make this happen.

43 faculty and staff achieved faculty rank increases, and 15 prjects were recognized.

Grant awards for Applied Benchmarking large projects were announced. I won an upcoming benchmarking grant for my sustainable grant

TAG video shows how the ripple campaign and other giving prgrams allow us to build a better tomorrow.
